Our greatest resource, the Pinewood professional faculty, consists of seven Early Years and Elementary classroom teachers, fifteen Secondary subject teachers and seven specialist teachers. Additionally, the school operates with an IB Coordinator at the high school level and an Activities Coordinator for all divisions. The Director serves as the Coordinator of Curriculum & Studies and College Counselor.  Pinewood assigns teaching assistants to Early Years classes (PreK/K).  

The faculty is very diverse with teachers primarily from the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as from Canada, Australia and other countries. The combined educational experience of the faculty is an average of ten + years of teaching, with the majority of these years spent within an international school environment. The faculty is also well-educated, having received the following degrees: four Doctorates, five Master’s degrees and all with Bachelor’s degrees.
