Each year, the Pinewood American International School makes a determined effort to enhance the after-school activities program at all levels. Student participation in school activities allows for the natural reinforcement of the school’s academic mission and programs. It is a long season that promises many thrills and excitement. The main goal of the Program is to offer opportunities to our students to express themselves in a variety of experiences, activities and sports. The program starts every day after school and the sessions / practices finish by 4.05 to 4.10 depending on the club.

After School Activities Program for the week of December 2
After School Activities Transportation
A special after-school activities bus is provided each day and paid for out of the activities budget. Every attempt is made to accommodate as many students as possible, but due to the length of the run, some students may not be able to be taken near their homes. In other words, the school cannot guarantee bus transportation for all students. In such cases it is the responsibility of the parents and not the school to provide transportation home and to make sure their children are picked up at school at 16:20. If, on some occasion, the person picking up a child will be late for a reason beyond their control, they must notify the activities coordinator before that time to inform him of an arrival time. This will ensure proper supervision of the students until they are picked up.
The bus route covers the following areas: IKEA, Anatolia, Panorama, Pilea, Harilaou, Martiou, Sofouli, Kalamaria, Ethnikis Antistasis, Vasilissis Olgas, Tsimiski (Downtown).
