How to Apply

Show your interest in becoming a Pinewoodian! Schedule a visit to tour the campus and request a meeting with our admissions team to learn more about the admissions process.

You will receive a confirmation email from our team with your scheduled appointment. If your requested time is unavailable, you will be asked to reschedule.

Schedule a Visit

Once you have a confirmed appointment with our admissions officer, you will be able to meet with one of our admissions officers for a school tour and introduction.

After touring the campus, you will receive a personalized admissions guide tailored to your child's learning needs. This guide will outline requirements for transportation, dormitory admission, learning support, and more.

Go to our Parent Portal to create your account and follow the steps outlined in the provided Admissions Guideline. Be sure to select the appropriate school year for your application and thoroughly complete the form with your personal information. Save your progress before continuing to Attachments.

Open Parent Portal

In the online Parent Portal, upload requested documents in the Attachments section of the application form. Please make sure to check the Admissions Guideline and our Pre-Admission Eligibility for grade-level specific requirements and documents to complete your admissions application.

Please note: Your application will not be considered complete until the school receives all requested documents.

Non-EU Citizens: You are required to have a valid residency permit prior to applying to Pinewood. Your residency permit must not be within 1 year (365 days) of expiration.

For Grade 6–11 applicants, all prospective students—both native and non-native English speakers—are required to demonstrate a certain level of English language proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). This will be assessed through the school-administered admissions test.

The admissions test will be conducted at the Middle & High School Campus during the application process. If a campus visit is not possible, remote testing can be arranged upon request.

Please note that the admissions application fee must be paid, and the completed application submitted, before the admissions test can be scheduled.

As of January 2025, the admissions application fee for all students, PreK through Grade 12, is €90 per student and is non-refundable.

How to Pay Admission Application Fee

You can make payments via wire transfer to any of the school’s official bank accounts found in our Tuition Page.

IMPORTANT INFO: in the “Notes”, “Reference” or “Comments” section of the bank wire transfer, please include:

• "Application Fee"
• First name and last name of the student(s)

This helps us accurately allocate the payment to the correct student(s) and ensure a smooth and timely processing of your application.

To pay with Credit Card: Email our accounting department accounting@pinewood-school.gr for a secure payment link to complete your transaction online. Once completed, upload your receipt to your child's admissions application.

Your admissions application is considered complete once the school has received all of the following:

• All requested documents listed during the admissions application process, officially translated along with the originals. Self-translations will not be accepted.

• Admissions test (required only for Grades 6–12).

• Admissions application fee of €90 per student.

Once these steps have been completed, your application will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

After application reviews, you may be asked to provide supplemental documents before continuing onto the interview stage.

Early Years/Elementary Applicants

All prospective families for Pre-K to Grade 5 are required to have an intake interview—either in person or online—with the Early Years & Elementary Principal before a final decision on their application is made. During the interview, the Principal will meet with both the parents and the child.

Middle/High School Applicants

Only Grade 6–12 applicants who pass the admissions test will be invited to proceed to the interview stage. The prospective student will participate in a 20-minute meet-and-greet with the Middle or High School principal, during which a final decision regarding admission will be determined.

We encourage students to complete this step individually, allowing them to showcase their unique personality and educational goals.

Accepted applicants will receive an official letter of acceptance from our admissions team, which will provide detailed instructions on completing the enrollment process. This will include tuition information, consent forms, school handbooks, and academic calendar.
