Greek Diploma Equivalency
International education with local recognition
The Greek Diploma Equivalency is available to students who wish to receive official equivalency to the Greek Apolytirio while completing the American High School Diploma at Pinewood. Students who follow this pathway receive a formal confirmation of equivalency, valid for all legal and academic purposes within Greece.
How the equivalency is achieved:
- Students study Greek Language & Literature and Greek History each year of High School
- Courses follow the curriculum of the Greek Ministry of Education
- Upon completion, students receive an official certificate of attendance and grade transcript, submitted together with the American High School Diploma to the relevant Ministry office
This pathway allows students to benefit from an international education while maintaining full local recognition, supporting both global mobility and future opportunities within Greece.
