Wellbeing Programs

The Student Services Department develops and facilitates seminars, initiatives, and programs throughout the year to promote student wellbeing, emotional awareness, healthy decision-making, and a mindful approach to personal growth.

Whole-school wellbeing initiatives include:

  • Risk and stress management
  • Relationship and sexual health education from Kindergarten to Grade 12
  • Mental Health Awareness Week
  • Career orientation inventories
  • Wellbeing Ambassadors After-School Club
  • Anti-bullying projects promoting kindness, respect, and inclusion

Students are encouraged to be active participants in wellbeing initiatives by sharing ideas, making suggestions, and contributing to the planning and implementation of programs under adult supervision.
