International Space Olympics

Post

Mr. Terzidis and the Pinewood team of 5 students arrived in Russia on Wednesday to compete in the International Space Olympics. Each member of the team will compete through oral presentations of research and tests in physics, mathematics and literature. Highlights will include the opportunity to talk to scientists and cosmonauts and to interact with students from Russia and other countries. Students will also participate in a variety of cultural activities. The International Space Olympics is a two-week trip to Korolev in the Moscow region. This is the first year for Pinewood to participate in the competition, so we wish our team the best as they take part in this exciting learning experience.
