#MyFreedomDay Pinewood will be featured in CNN

In a wonderful demonstration of student leadership and organization skills, the High School Student Council (HSSC) organized a presentation by A21.org on the plague of human trafficking. Students had the opportunity to learn about signs they need to be alert of when it comes to victims in the modern world as well as to explore ways through which they can assist the effort such organizations do in order to eradicate slavery through awareness, intervention, and aftercare.
