See Through

The title of the exhibition in this year is “See Through”. The visitors will have the chance to see artworks from different media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, new media, digital photography, kinetic art, constructions and installations. The IB1 students’ mission for this year was to find their own artistic personality and path and to experiment with different techniques in order to be ready to study in greater depth their favorite fields and the history of art in their IB2 academic year. For the IB2 program, the research was more concentrated on a specific theme which had to be carefully and more intellectually investigated. The approach included required study on live models, digital image manipulation, graphic design, photography, painting (academic and abstract) and drawing, sculpture, printmaking/engraving, together with a deep theoretic investigation on Bio Art and Art History.
