Mrs. Demetra Proestopoulos

I was born and raised in Middletown, New York (in the New York Hudson Valley region). My family moved to Greece and I graduated from Anatolia College in 2004. From a very young age, I taught English to young learners and so it seemed only natural to pursue a degree in early childhood education. I received my undergraduate degree in Volos and then began teaching preschoolers immediately. I am currently in the process of finalizing my graduate degree, which is in Teaching English as a Second Language. I recently became a mother to a baby girl; Olympia. In my free time, I like to sail and to go stand-up paddle surfing.
