Ms. Laina Smith

Ms. Laina Smith was born and raised in Connecticut, USA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Kentucky, where she became interested in globally-minded, project-based learning. Laina completed brief stints teaching in Belize and Greece during her time as an undergraduate and is thrilled to return to Pinewood in the fall of 2022. When she is not teaching, Laina loves to read, travel with friends, and play the harp.
