Vesna Vidaković was born and raised in Serbia but love brought her to Greece. She holds a BA in Spanish language and hispanic literature from the University of Belgrade and MA in Portuguese literature from the University of Lisbon, where she was exploring the interrelation between literature and cinematic language. She has been teaching for over 15 years, in British international schools in Belgrade, as a lecturer in Lisbon and as a private tutor in Greece. Besides teaching she has been dedicated to a literary translation – she translated some beautiful books from Portuguese and Spanish into Serbian language. She likes to teach, to transmit different worlds through teaching languages and literature and through translating, to inspire young people’s minds but to learn from them as well.
