Scientists from the Hellenic Association of Physicists visited our school on Tuesday 11.11.19 and performed experiments with our students who are participating in this year’s IYNT tournament in Russia. The physicists demonstrated one of the experiments that the students will need to execute this year in preparation for the tournament this summer.
The students enjoyed the project while they were learning challenging experimental techniques in the process. Dr. Maria Karaveli and Dr. Squires who are leading the Pinewood team this year were guiding the students and explaining the processes involved.
