Student Photography Exhibition

Our school will participate in the 20th student photography
exhibition (20η Έκθεση Μαθητικής Φωτογραφίας – 2015) with 10 winning
photos from the high school and the 5 best photos from the 1st
elementary photo competition.
Here is the list with the Pinewood students whose photos will be displayed in the exhibition this year.
- From the High school :
Aleksandra Stoykova, Andrejs Mezaraups, Hannah Johnson, Niya Kafedziyiska, Maria-Eleni Dionelli, Smaragda Spyrou, Savvas Sfairopoulos, Arion Douzas. - From the elementary school:
Kachalkova Daria, Katou Eleni, Bakalbasi Fylda, David Ke, Stowell Jack.
The exhibition will take place at the Architect Center on 13 Aggelaki Street (opposite the International Fair of Thessaloniki area) from May 8-22, 2015 and it is organized by the Photography Center of Thessaloniki.
This exhibition has already become an
institution in Thessaloniki, as this year is the twentieth consecutive
year of its presence, and over these years more than 100 schools have
been involved and a few thousand photos, made by school students, have
been displayed. Pinewood students successfully participated in the
exhibition two years ago and they are excited to be involved again. Just
take a look at the catalogue of the 18th exhibition (April 2013) and
you will see Marina Raptopoulos’ photo on the front cover.
All Pinewood students (especially the participants), parents and faculty
members are encouraged to pay a visit to the exhibition, especially on May 8 during the opening ceremony.
