Thanksgiving Food Drive

The thanksgiving food drive that was
held during the 16-24 of November managed to collect a great amount of
food and other goods with the help and support of many of you. On
Thursday November 24, all goods were put together and collected by the
Salvation Army that visited Pinewood, not only to collect the goods but
also to give a speech to the elementary school describing the purpose of
their existence and to whom the goods will be distributed. The
Salvation Army gave their most gracious thanks to everyone who
contributed to the donation.
We, as representatives of the Thanksgiving Food Drive would like to
thank everyone that contributed or helped to organize this event. We
greatly appreciate everyone that brought food for the less fortunate of
Thessaloniki, giving them the opportunity to have a pleasant
thanksgiving luncheon.
