Dr. Apostolos Rofaelas

Holding an American Studies Ph.D. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, USA, Dr. Apostolos Rofaelas joined Pinewood in 2016. Before his appointment as Secondary Principal, he served as English and Social Studies Department Chair, and he taught English and History in both the IB Middle Years Program (MYP) and IB Diploma Program (IBDP). Additionally, he taught Pinewood’s SAT preparation course for students applying to universities in the USA and led the school’s award-winning Model United Nations club. Dr. Rofaelas is also the Secondary Internal Coordinator for the school’s regular re-accreditation process by the the internationally recognized Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) and the AP coordinator for the Secondary campus.
