Mrs. Vasiliki Blioni

Ms. Vassiliki Blioni was born and raised in Thessaloniki and joined Pinewood in 2019. She holds a BA in French language and literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (GR), a MSc in French as a Second or Foreign Language from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (BE) and a MA in Special Educational Needs & Inclusion from the University of Northampton (UK). She has worked as a French language teacher and a Special Educator for over 16 years in Greece and in Luxembourg. At Pinewood, Ms. Blioni teaches French at the Secondary Word Languages Department and she served as a Learning Specialist, a MS Student Council Advisor, a Grade 6 Advisor and as an Advisor in the EYP Afterschool Activities Program (Interactive Games).

She is constantly seeking for modern and even more effective intervention methods adapted to her students’ needs in order to enhance learning, help them achieve their goals and make their school life a happy, meaningful and productive period.
