Ms. Helen Dalakas

Joining Pinewood in 2015, Ms. Helen Dalakas was born in Katerini, Greece and raised in Toronto, Canada. She holds a BA Honors in English and an MSc in Secondary Education. She has also specialized in ESL (English as a second language) at York University, Toronto and D’Youville College, New York. At Pinewood, Ms. Dalakas teaches in the Secondary ESL department. In the past, Ms. Dalakas has organised the Pinewood edition of ‘We Are Writers’ and coordinating a visit from well known Canadian authors during Reading Week.
